Measure your head around where you would like your headband to sit. This can be over the top of your ears, behind your ears or if you are unsure measure as in the picture.

Your headband shouldn’t be tight as this will give you a headache.

extra small fits 17½" - 19½" (44.5 – 49.5 cms)

small fits 19½" - 21½" (49.5 – 54.6 cms)

medium fits 21" - 23" (53.3 – 58.4 cms)
